Operating approach

Not generic consulting.
A method in four phases.

A structured process that starts with a real picture of the company and ends with an operational, aligned, scalable sales network. Every phase produces a verifiable deliverable, not a report that sits in a drawer.

1
Real vs. perceived positioning analysis
Structured interviews with current clients, key retailers and specifiers. Benchmark against market leaders — on digital channels, contract presence and the quality of presence on specifier platforms (Archiproducts, BIMobject, Architonic). The result is a clear map of the gap between declared and perceived identity.

2
Commercial strategy analysis and leader comparison
Reading the current sales network structure: geographic coverage, agent profiles, channels covered, how projects are entered. Direct comparison with strategies adopted by segment leaders: how they manage the push channel toward distribution, how they intercept projects upstream, how they cover export markets.

3
Sales–Marketing alignment verification
The most critical and most commonly overlooked point. We verify whether sales and marketing are working toward the same positioning goal — or contradicting each other. Consistent pricing and messaging? Is marketing material actually used by agents? The result is a concrete alignment plan.

4
Sales network design and activation
Defining the network model, agent profiles for each area and target export markets, selection, onboarding and training. For international markets: country potential analysis, distribution model selection, local partner identification and engagement. All with shared KPIs and a verification plan at 90 and 180 days.

Why RIAL TEAM

Three things a traditional
consultant doesn't offer.

We start from perception, not headcount
The network is designed on the market's real positioning — measured through interviews with clients, retailers and specifiers — not on how many agents to hire.
vs. recruiting before diagnosis
Sales-Marketing alignment is a method phase
Not a wish on a final slide. Internal interviews and a shared operating protocol, because sales and marketing must speak with one voice.
vs. functions treated separately
Italy and export, one single design
Both markets planned within the same positioning framework from day one, because brand coherence doesn't stop at the border.
vs. export as a disconnected phase 2
